Missouri Pit Bull Rescue

Project Description

Missouri Pit Bull Rescue is my passion project. I began volunteering with this group in 2014 where I immersed myself in the culture, struggles, and victories of running a small dog rescue shelter. The organization is 100% volunteer-run, rescuing an average of 65 pit bulls each year. You probably have an opinion about the breed one way or another. I think it’s got a bad rap, and that’s why I decided to make an impact through my design skills. Over the years I’ve rebrandeed the organization, redesigned their website, created numerous social media graphics, and designed various fundraising merchandise. My involvement goes well beyond that, but I’ll save that for a blog post some other day. Scroll on for a look at some of the work I’ve done in the name of pit bulls!
