The Credits SXSW Lounge
I worked with the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) to create a branded lounge at South by Southwest promoting their new blog, “The Credits.” The lounge served as a space for attendees to relax, recharge devices, and learn about the many benefits of the film industry in the United States. We created a 50′ interactive mural with geographic talking points and 5 ipads highlighting five cities. The lighting, film-themed icons, faux movie poster, and fresh-popped popcorn created an immersive movie theatre experience in the midst of a buzzing outdoor festival. For the film buffs out there, bonus points if you noticed the Saul Bass-inspired typeface.
